Venusaur-Holo 1999 Pokemon TCG Base Set #15/102

The Venusaur-Holo 1999 Pokémon Base Set 15/102 is one of 16 holographic Pokémon cards included in the 102 card base set. Venusaur is a Grass-type Stage 2 Pokémon card that evolves from Ivysaur, which is preceded by one of the original first partner Pokémon, Bulbasaur. This Pokémon card is part of the third printing of the Pokémon card Base Set referred to as the Unlimited Print. The card includes a drop shadow on the right-hand side of the art panel that was not featured in the previous Shadowless and 1st Edition printings. The Pokémon card Base Set was released on January 9, 1999 and also features holographic Pokémon cards for Charizard, Blastoise, Mewtwo, plus more.
