One-of-One 2014 Panini Prizm World Cup El Samba Parallels Guide

Overview

Adding an additional dose of rarity to their 2014 Prizm World Cup product, Panini released an exclusive parallel that was originally only available through the Panini America eBay account. The 2014 Panini Prizm World Cup El Samba parallels cover both the base and autograph sets and all cards are serial numbered one-of-one.

While Prizm World Cup is certainly not short on parallels, this exclusive option includes a new green-and-yellow color scheme, along with a textured design that resembles the links of a metal watch. The concept is similar to a previous exclusive "Pylon" parallel that Panini offered for 2012 Prizm Football.

The original format included batches of ten cards and were available as a three-day auction. The final cards, including most of the top players, were listed in groups of 20 and available in ten-day auctions. The autographs were listed last in one big group on a ten-day auction. This group included El Samba parallels for most of the single autographs and dual autographs from the main set.
