For those who collect Ronda Rousey cards and autographs, a holy grail card has landed on eBay. The one-of-one 2012 Topps Finest UFC Ronda Rousey Red Refractor Autograph has been put up for sale ahead of her fight against Cat Zingano at UFC 184.
Not only is this the toughest parallel of her first autograph card, it's the first Ronda Rousey card -- period.
As expected bidding has been strong. With nearly two days remaining, it is approaching $6,000.
If the card wasn't appealing enough, the signature is slightly different from the more common versions of the card. While others have the first letters in her first and last names connected by scribbles, the 2012 Topps Finest Ronda Rousey Red Refractor Autograph looks closer to a stylish cursive note. The name is clearly legible and has a lot more flow. Clearly, some added time, attention and care was given.
Like the other versions of the card, it has the "1st Autograph" notation that Topps has been using in their UFC products over the last few years. With multiple sets released in any given year, this separates it from cards that might come a few months later.
In addition to the base version and the Red Refractor, the 2012 Topps Finest UFC Ronda Rousey autograph has Gold Refractor (#/25) and Black Octa-fractor (#/8)Â versions as well as four different one-of-one Printing Plates.
