Somewhere over the rainbow is a colorful mix of 2013-14 Panini Prizm Hockey parallels. The base set has nine different levels Refractor-esque Prizms. Add to that a tenth for the set's 100 rookie cards and you've got a challenging run to complete. Finding all the different versions will also take a little added dedication as they're are plenty of pack-exclusives.
2013-14 Panini Prizm hobby packs have four types of Prizms: basic, Orange Die-Cut (#/60), Gold (#/10) and Black Finite (1/1). None of these are available anywhere else.
Basic retail packs deliver Green Prizms. Both Target and Walmart have a pair of additional parallels. Walmart blaster boxes come with a pack of three Blue Prizms. Rack packs sold at the retail giant have a trio of Red Pulsar Prizms. These have a textured-looking background to go with the reflective finish. Target blasters and rack packs have a similar configuration, only with Red and Red Pulsar Prizms.
The final parallels are exclusive to the hobby wrapper redemption program. The Purple Cracked Ice cards cover only the rookie portion of the checklist and not the veterans. Each wrapper redemption pack has three cards.
