It's looking more and more like Agents of SHIELD is becoming an important part of the impressive and expanding Marvel cinematic universe. With its ability to run over an entire year and slowly build, it's adding new characters and giving a second life to others from the movies. The 2015 Rittenhouse Marvel Agents of SHIELD Season 1 Autographs lineup features an impressive checklist that highlights most of the show's key characters. It also has several cards from notable guest stars, many of whom are signing trading cards for the first time.

Including all of the various incentives, a master set of autographs has 37 cards from 26 different signers. They combine to land one per Agents of SHILED Season 1 box. Among the key cast with autographs are Clark Gregg (Agent Phil Coulson), Ming-Na Wen (Melinda May), Elizabeth Henstridge (Jemma) and Brett Dalton (Grant Ward). Names many will recognize from projects outside the show include Cobie Smulders, Bill Paxton and Patton Oswalt.
Chloe Bennett (Skye) was originally slated to be one of the headline signers, but an injury led to a last-second change. Rittenhouse has said that she'll be in a future Agents of SHIELD set.
Autographs have three different designs. Most are full-bleed with a large image of the character and ample space for the signature. Framed autographs add small design elements at the bottom of the card. All those with framed signatures have full-bleed autographs as well.
Smulders is featured on a third Silver Signature design. Added late to the product, it's the most design-heavy of the autographs. The background is mostly black, providing a contrasting canvas for the silver-ink autograph. This is also the rarest of the pack-inserted autographs.
Not all of the 2015 Rittenhouse Marvel Agents of SHIELD Season 1 Autographs are available in packs. Marvel legend, Stan Lee, is a six-case incentive. Those ordering nine cases received a full-bleed Smulders card. Finally, a framed Bill Paxton autograph was available only in Archive Boxes. These were given to those pre-ordering 18 cases.
